He is now to be among you at the calling of your hearts.

Rest assured this troubadour is acting on His part.

The union of your spirits here has caused Him to remain

For whenever two or more of you are gathered in His name

There is love

-- Being on time --

The date/s time/s needed for these services are listed in the Wedding Information form and given to Reverend Ring on this date and are made a part of this agreement. We understand we must adhere to the times listed on this form (a 20 minute allowance is accepted) so Reverend Ring may make other appointments.  If the wedding service is delayed through no fault of Rev. Ring more than 20 minutes, we agree to offer an additional $50.00 for each thirty minute increment over the original starting time.

(I realize that there are people that accept late arrival as part of normal behavior.  Recently I showed up for a 7:00 wedding over an hour early.  No one from the wedding party arrived until 6:45, the Bride showed at 7:05, and the Bride's father finally showed to walk his daughter down the isle at 7:45.  I had another engagement at 8:30.  On another occasion, the Groom finally appeared an hour and a half late.)

Being on time says clearly that, "I respect you and value your time."

We understand that if there is a delay exceeding one hour not caused by a significant medical emergency and Rev. Ring has another wedding scheduled that becomes in conflict with our wedding, then we agree that Rev. Ring is relieved of any obligation to us.  We also agree to pay Rev. Ring the balance of any fees owed.

-- Complying with the Laws of the State --

We understand we must purchase a marriage license prior to our ceremony. The marriage license, envelope, and the offering must be presented to Reverend Ring prior to the Wedding Ceremony. Unless otherwise instructed, Reverend Ring will complete the license and return to the appropriate county official.

-- In the Event of Something Bad Happening --

In the event Reverend Ring is prohibited from officiating the couple’s ceremony as planned due to hospitalization or auto accident or any other unforeseen event on the day of our wedding, any and all money’s will be returned to the couple in full. Furthermore, Reverend Ring shall not be held liable for any compensation due to non-performance of our wedding resulting from such incapacitation.  The return of the deposit shall be the sole and total satisfaction for this contract and for any related damages.

-- The Deposit --

We understand that the deposit for the service is to take the specified time off of Reverend Ring’s calendar and is non refundable.

-- The Service --

It is Rev. Ring's desire to perform the Ceremony according to the preplanned Custom Wedding Ceremony script, however we understand that there can be last minute changes and variations that can be made at Rev. Ring's discretion.

-- Rehearsal --

We understand that attendance at the rehearsal is an optional service provided by Rev. Ring and is not part of the standard fee for services.
