Below is what you need to do next if you would like for me to Officiate your ceremony.

1.	Email me at rev.ring@wedding-minister.com or better yet, call me at 770-476-0060 and let me know the Day, Date and Time you need my services. I will let you know if I have that date open.
2.	Fill out this Wedding Information Form
3.	Fill out this Agreement Letter.
4.	Look at the Ceremonies page and decide if you would like to use one of the ceremonies that I have listed or, combine, or change them in any way. Of course you can also use your own vows if you desire. It is your wedding and I want you to be happy with your service.
5.	Mail me a deposit check which is usually 1/2 of the ceremony fee to: Rev. Lee Ring 2718 Irene Circle Duluth, GA 30096 The remaining fee can be paid the day of the ceremony.
6.	Get your Marriage License at a court house near you. You will then give me your marriage license at the ceremony and I will fill it out and return it to the court house.

Whether you use my services or not, please feel free to use any of this information in your personal ceremony.
